GREENHOUSE PLANT GUARANTEE - We guarantee our plants will be healthy and pest-free at the time of purchase.
RETURN POLICY - We are happy to accept returns of items in original, sellable condition within 10 days of purchase if accompanied by the original receipt.

LIMited Nursery stock guarantee
LIMITED NURSERY STOCK GUARANTEE - Nursery stock, except roses and perennials, will be guaranteed, one time only, for a store credit of 1/2 the purchase price for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
PLANTED: Nursery stock, except roses and perennials planted by Family Tree Nursery, which fail to survive the first year, will be given a store credit of the full purchase price. Labor charges will not be refunded or credited.
MYKE - When purchased on the same register, the sales receipt extends the warranty from one year to five; this does not change the warranty terms.
Claims must be accompanied by the sales receipt and the plant in question. A canceled check or bank statement can not be accepted as proof of purchase.
LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR
ROSES: guaranteed only to be true to name.
NO CASH REFUNDS
NO GUARANTEE ON NURSERY STOCK USED INDOORS OR OVERWINTERED IN CONTAINERS.
Delinquent or past-due accounts or withholding payments void this guarantee, and the purchaser automatically loses any and all rights or claims for replacement.
