Easter Lily
Indoors. Easter Lilies will perform best and bloom longest when placed in bright, indirect light and kept at about 70 degrees inside the home.
Allow the soil to dry slightly down before watering and never allow the plant to sit in water.
To keep the blooms bright white, pull out yellow stamens as they appear. But, watch out, they stain!
Outdoors. Easter Lilies are an easy to grow perennial for the flower garden.
After blooms fade, plant the lily in a sunny location in the garden. Do not cut foliage back until it begins to yellow and die back on its own. Easter Lilies are forced into bloom in early spring; in the garden will bloom in early summer.
